After our outside door got jammed shut and refused to open, John came out to have a look and diagnose the problem. He was excellent at talking us through what the potential issues could be and what he could do to get the door open again. He took the time to replace the broken parts, realign the door to ensure it closed and locked properly, and checked we were happy everything was working again. I needed to get a single lock changed and called this company they Came quickly but ended up charging me 500 pounds after they had already installed the lock, they did NOT Inform me of the full price before they stated and instead chose to quote me what it would cost before all the “additional Fees”. The lock was changed successfully but I definitely feel as tho I’ve been scammed. I would definitely urge people to reconsider if you are about to phone these guys. I’m not giving them 1 start as they came quickly and got the job done, but the unprofessional manner in which they “quoted” me the price was out of order.

John was outstanding. Helped me out on the phone to secure the door temporarily in a way I could understand and manage with no expertise before coming the next day (Sunday) to assess the repair required. John seemed genuinely passionate about his work and returned on Tuesday with the part and repaired the door to a high standard. What a fantastic job by John. He quickly came out to look at work required at my brother's house. It was a difficult old lock but John worked at it until he had completed the job. My brother has dementia and needs to be secure in his home. I would highly recommend Access Lock Company, John is a great locksmith and a lovely guy. My patio door wouldn't  close and John fitted a new cylinder.When it still wouldn't work he took out the whole locking mechanism ensured it was free of any obstacles and got it to work when he refitted it. I went to take my wee dog out for a walk and, as soon as the door closed behind me, I realised I’d left my keys inside! I called Access Locks to get an estimate for both the cost and the time, and John was able to come out within about 20 minutes. Although my door was a bit of a nuisance to get open, he managed to get us back inside. I really appreciated how quickly he popped by to help. Highly recommended. Had a delivery of a new sofa on 2nd Jan for the day my conservatory doors decided to break and not open, with the sofa to be left in my garden (wouldn’t fit through front door). I’d give more than five stars if I could. John was wonderful in helping in a sensitive situation with a vulnerable relative who had lost a set of keys but saw no need for new keys and locks as a safety measure. John dealt with this situation sympathetically. John did an excellent job of fitting new locks and demonstrating the changes he had made for my relative. I live over 250 miles away from EK and John kept me updated at every stage of the repair. He sent videos of what he’d done. I found John to be great value as well as an accomplished tradesman. After a minor struggle with his GPS John arrived to help me get my door locked. A pleasant cheery chap who gave me a quick lesson on how multipoint locking doors work and what goes wrong. Fast, efficient and friendly.  Called this local company after my husband's car was stolen along with our house keys. While getting my house ready for renting I noticed the front door lock system wasn't working right.  I checked the great reviews and phoned John. He was so honest with whether he could help or not and what potential prices would be.  He came round the next week stripped and reassembled the lock system, sending me videos of what he'd done while I was at work. My rear French doors were not fully locking. I searched the net for a locksmith with excellent and genuine reviews. I found John! He was absolutely amazing and such a skilled locksmith. He was very punctual and accepted booking in advance. He did not try to sell me a new lock as he advised this was not what was needed. He took the time to resolve my issue when it would have been easier for him to fit and sell a new lock .
